If I could give Karen more stars I would. The phone is exactly as advertised. She sent it via USPS 2nd-day Priority Mail, and the post office lost it for a day and a half. It was a frantic search, with me running back-and-forth to the post office 5 times. Karen was in touch with me the entire time, getting me all the information I needed and being extremely supportive and apologetic even though none of it was her fault. Not just great business, but a great person!
