Overall a good transaction, although seller never updated with tracking information so I had no idea when the Surface Pro was going to arrive. It was raining today which could have meant it sat out in the rain all day, but luckily my mail lady sat it in my vehicle. I would only suggest to give buyers tracking info on a $650 purchase so they can know when something is arriving and plan accordingly.

The seller of this laptop was accommodating in working with the prices and helping me along the way with shipping. The seller was very nice and attentive, however the laptop did have some issues. I am not sure who's fault this would be however I do think that the seller should have been aware of the issues within the laptop. I did receive the computer and it was intact and seemed fine, however, after taking it to the apple store there was major damage to the fan and the battery and touchpad had to be repaired and replaced. The fan made clicking sounds and the touch pad was having issues. If this laptop did not have apple care, I would have been extremely upset, however the apple care took care of the issues even though I had to pay for transportation and the time to deal with the laptop. I would say to any future buyers that to seriously consider making sure that the equipment has apple care.

Dishonest seller and fraudulently lists items with critical extras to market and sell phone. After following up with apple, phone was sold fraudulently. Seller will not correct. Do not buy from this seller. You will not find out until well afterwards and be at a loss of $640. Highly NOT recommended.

The screen has more scratches and deeper scratches than stated. Wasn't reset before being sent and had to have it reset once received

Phone came in great shape. Only gripe is seller didn't update me with shipping/tracking details so I could know when the phone would arrive. Ordered the phone on a weekend and had it in hand by Thursday.
