Although the phone did arrive eventually, it wasn’t shipped within 2 days as promised. Had to reach out to support to get a response about tracking. Phone arrived kind of dirty and the packaging was very poor. The box looked opened and unsealed in multiple spots and crushed. I was lucky it made it safely in one piece. Something that costs this much should definitely have more secure packaging to ensure delivery. It was loosely wrapped in bubble wrap and then thrown into a small box. I recommend more secure packaging.

Yesterday, the first time I tried to use the speaker function for a phone call, I found that the speaker is screwed up. At full volume it doesn't sound any louder than if it were default earpiece. Same thing when I try to play videos so others can hear the audio.

Did not include band.did not respond when I asked about it.

Excellent Seller!!! Sadly, there ended up being a pretty big issue with USPS though (of course). The package/phone I was supposed to receive was dropped off at the post office by the seller, but was never scanned into the system. So, for whatever reason, the phone was not actually mailed to me. Obviously, that's not the seller's fault though. However, on a more positive note, the seller was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns regarding what was going on. In the end, I was promptly refunded after the seller confirmed the package wasn't shipped. Zero hassle! If I ever need an apple product, I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
