I have a problem with the phone. There is a sim lock to the carrier and I can’t install the sim for my cell provider. Is there a lock on the phone from your carrier. The phone said it unlocked it obviously isn’t. This sale is not complete. Please contact me because if we can’t unlock the sim restriction this phone is useless to me and I would like my money back.
