Slight bend in phone and volume buttons being hard to press were not advertised.

After much help and assistance SPRINT finally unlocked the phone. Eric (seller) was awesome dealing with them to get it all completed. NOTE to everyone. SPRINT DOES NOT like to unlock phones per the LAW. They will keep misdirecting until you either give up or FORCE them to do as they are supposed to.
