Seller canceled transaction and refunded PayPal with the note (reason): "Sorry, I lost the phone"

HOW does a NEW IN BOX phone simply get lost in 6 days after listing it? I believe this was a deceptive listing and the seller got a higher price elsewhere. Account should be sanctioned for fraud!

I'll admit the shipping was a little slow, but we are on the opposite sides of the country. That being said, unit was in fantastic condition and the packaging was bullet proof.

Honest seller. Phone was in great condition. Had major misunderstanding due to seller's lack of status update and communication. USPS tracking update delays added to the issue. Hope seller improves communication in the future.

I usually don't like writing reviews but since this seller only has one review from a buyer, I decided to help out. I got a notice within couple hours of my purchase providing a shipping tracking info and received the iPad in 2 business days. Like described, it was sealed and when I checked the serial number before opening, Apple said it has not been activated just like what it said on the sales page. I am very satisfied with the purchase overall and hope to buy from this seller again in the future. I will be updating if I run into any problems with the iPad but for now I don't see why I would have any problems in the first place.
