Works perfect and was described pretty accurate

After activating the phone, it does not work to place phone calls. There is constant static, dropped dialogue, and dropped calls. It did not arrive as described (though I previously posted it did before activating it for full use.) Please do not use this seller in the future. I will repost positively if this issue is resolved.
