I received the phone but the charger was DOA. I contacted the Seller and he apologized and sent out a replacement immediately and it works as it should. The phone looks great and I am enjoying it. I would have given the Seller 4 stars due to the charger issue, but he responded quickly and without judgement and addressed the issue to my satisfaction. So he earned back that star as far as I'm concerned. Great Customer Service!

I purchased the S8. This phone is great! No scratches dents or signs of use as described before buying it. The reason Im giving it 4 stars is upon receiving the phone the "FRP" lock was on and activated meaning it needed the previous owners email to unlock and use the phone. This caused issues but were able to solve without returning the phone. The seller was very willing to help with the situation and do what was needed to make me satisfied.

Phone was almost in perfect condition as described, unfortunately after taking off the protector off, there was scratches on the phone. Shipped it very quickly and responded quickly to any of inquiries.
