Seller refused to keep in contact for an issue with my order despite Swappa staff stepping in. This seller has caused me stress that I didn't need in my life. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund when he refused to help me as he didn't leave me with any good options. He kept on saying "well that is wired and it works when I had it" and refused to get into any details until I had the staff come in to try to pressure him to help me.

I seriously hope he doesn't act this way for anyone else who buy their phones on here. I advise saying away as he refused to believe until I sent video proof that he didn't ask for. Also the product boxes were dented on the corners because he paid for an undersized $2 mailer rather than getting something that would fit and padding the items properly. If you want intact product boxes with your phones or other devices then don't buy from this guy.
