Macbook arrived to me without OS installed. I had to figure that out to get things to boot to MacOS. MacBook was gray and not silver like I wanted - huge bummer since all my MacBooks are silver. Got $30 back from seller, though I requested $50 to be fair. Need computer by Monday so returning to seller would have been the 3rd issue/hassle, so I took the $30.

Macbook was mint cosmetically. Gave a neutral to not ruin ratings on Swappa. Seller responds fast and is polite.
