This seller, Ricky, he been above and beyond. This is my very first purchase on Swappa. I literally got on swappa 20 minutes prior to me purchasing his phone and I never knew this platform existed! I'm super grateful that my first experience was stress-free and smooth as can be. The communication was the best part because when you spend a lot of money on anything, what gives the most anxiety is not knowing what to expect or the unknown especially for me so Ricky put me at ease whether he knew it or not. I wish I could upload my video unwrapping this immaculate condition phone better than I expected. Today is August 10th and I've been carrying around this phone in the package for over 2 months waiting for a special occasion so thank you Ricky and your sales service is up there with the best. very great experience...Seller is TOP NOTCH...not only was communication and the product excellent...but seller showed a close up of a minor damage in the pictures that took me a good 45 seconds to find on the Pixelbook. It was sooooo small I can barely see it without zooming in. Chromebook seems to be in excellent working condition. A+++ seller and excellent experience using Swappa (my 1st time).
