Paid 11/22. Promised prompt shipping. After 4 days, said he wouldn't ship it at all. ("Something happened" was all he said) Requested refund promptly. No refund. Had to file a Paypal dispute. Few responses, no shipping of item bought, no response to Paypal dispute. Had to wait for a timeout. After three weeks, finally got my money back from Paypal, with zero action from seller. Straight up theft.

Never shipped explained he got robbed straight after sale. Ask me to wait few days for refund….Week later still no refund open case with PayPal interesting what would he pretend this time. Hope seller would manage this faster
