Item shipped quickly and was as described. The phone had a couple of issues not known to the seller which were cost prohibitive to fix. I contacted him through the Swappa process, he responded to all issues immediately and authorized a return. Although the process for refund takes some time the seller did everything he could to make the process as painless as possible. I believe he has good integrity and I would not hesitate to buy from him again. Happy ending.
