I purchased a phone from Scott which he shipped right away. However, the apartment address was incorrect. As a result, the package was not delivered to the door or placed in the mailbox and the package was stolen. Scott took full responsibility and refunded me despite the FedEx dispute being ongoing. Even though I did not receive the phone I would recommend Scott as a seller for his integrity.
