I ended up returning the phone. But the seller was world class in trying to help me work through the issue I was having. I believe the issue was a random unexpected one. He checked in with me constantly to make sure I was being supported. His reputation matters to him and his multiple high reviews proves that. When I ultimately decided to return it, he was very professional about it. If you buy something from him and there happens to be an issue, just communicate with him. You will be taken care of. I recently purchased an iPhone SE from Buy For Less. His communication and shipping were very fast and clear. The 'mint' iPhone was a lemon. I have never had so many problems with any of the phones I have bought over the past 15 years, and the problems started from day 1. I have tried everything, including having Apple delete and reinstall all the software. It will not keep connected to any wi-fi, including my own if I step into my back yard. It is unusable for google maps and other tasks that require connection.
