Quick, fast, as described- only item missing was the opener for the sim card (which at&t) had a different sim for the note 5 than the regular samsung note (just fyi for anyone making the switch)...went in to at&t and they opened it for me...employees asked me where i got the phone b/c obviously i did not get it from them-i told them & told them how much & one of the employees wrote it down to check out, she said that it was an awesome deal, i concur-thanks!
