I purchased an iPad Air 2 from this seller on September 9th.
I checked in with him after 4 days and he finally responded saying he shipped it out on the 14th. On the 26th, it was still in Pre-Shipment, so I checked in with him. Swappa suggested I start an INR (item not received) case with PayPal. I did so on the 27th after checking with the post office and giving the seller a chance to respond.

On October 4th, after a week of no response in the PayPal case, I checked in again.
On October 10th, I escalated the PayPal case to a claim, as I still hadn't received any responses on either Swappa or PayPal since September 14th, and the item was still in Pre-Shipment.

My reasons for given a 2 star rather than a 1 star:
Per the feedback guidelines, he did technically respond to me, so it would go under a "Lack of communication after the sale", which is a 2 star.

Overall, I would not buy something from this seller again, given the lack of communication and not receiving the device.
