My iPhone 6 came with broken speakers and the phone constantly crashes. I have had it for 6 months now and I still can’t fix it. I’ve been to apple and their support page to see if maybe my battery is broken and that’s why it crashes, nope. It’s the phone. The speakers work for music and video but not when talking on the phone. I have to use speaker phone 100% if the time. When calling people on Facebook messenger, the person I am talking too can’t hear me at all. I was told this was a reliable site but the fact that my phone came this way, instead of just breaking later on, tells me otherwise.
