I was given a defective phone with microphone, earpiece and speakerphone issues. This is a very common software issue with this particular device. A quick Google search shows a plethora of inquiries to Microsoft and other tech sites complaining about the issue.

Seller claims the phone worked, definitively a lie. It didn't work the day I used it.
