Phone is as advertised and the seller provided good communication. I purchased on New Year's Eve and the phone was posted three days later (New Year's day + 2 business days). The packaging left a lot to be desired. The phone was in a large box with the accessories (which were in original packaging). There was very little other packaging materials so the phone rattled around that box quite a bit.
