Thanks, my daughter really likes the phone.

I purchased a phone that was exactly as the seller described. I used the phone for 2 weeks and while the phone was 80% charged sitting on my desk it shut down and could not be "hard started" and did not demonstrate a charging icon when plugged in. I took the phone to an apple store and they told me phone was dead and I should replace it. I then (off a friends hunch) charged the phone for 3 hours then tried hard restarting and it came back on intact. I contacted the seller about a return with refund due to the phone's unreliability but he refused. Swappa would not pass judgement or reimburse because phone was accurate to seller's description. There was no warranty provided by the buyer on the phone which I understand puts him in the clear. However, the buyer was not helpful in making this problem right which neither him nor I expected and occurred only after two weeks of use.
