This seller tried to sell me a phone that was not fully owned. (Still under contract with the carrier). Which is a clear violation of Swappa's seller rules. Seller was belligerent and unwilling to to accept responsibility and find a solution. I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get the phone refunded. Even when paypal decided in my favor, the seller would not pay for return shipping costs.

Really fast shipping and received item as described.

Phone just as described, in great condition! However, I would have preferred prompter time-to-ship.

Some initial hiccups with communication and shipping, but the phone is great. Would buy from seller again.
