Phone came in great shape except the USB port was a bit wobbly. Still works fine as long as you don't mess with it.

Packaging was awful so I will deduct a star. Literally the bare phone wrapped in pieces of paper (yes, normal paper) inside of a USPS box. In the future stuff the flat rate box with a bunch of used shopping bags. They provide a good cushion so it won't get thrown around inside the box.

Less one star for manufacturer hardware defect not mentioned but probably not noticed. Front facing camera had internal plastic grommet slide over the lens, common issue on Moto X devices. No problem to RMA.
