What arrived was exactly what was described in the listing: a brand new, unlocked phone in factory-sealed box with original charging cable. Transferring service to this phone was easy enough: just popped the SIM card out of my old phone and inserted it into the new one. It did take nearly a week for my package to arrive, but that really had more to do with USPS delays than the seller. Karl shipped within a few hours of me placing the purchase.

Had an issue with the phone's microphone, but the seller was kind and offered a partial refund.
