The seller was absolutely terrific from a communication point of view. Very responsive and the device was shipped right away. The phone was packaged perfectly, which I can appreciate. However, the phone arrived and seemed to be in a condition lesser than was advertised in the original posting.

Upon bringing the issue up to the seller, he was very apologetic, and we resolved the issue with a partial refund. As mentioned, the communication with the seller was fantastic and I would buy from him again.

I'd like to start by saying that I am a 5 star seller on swappa and believe that I provide the best possible buying experience. Today I have had the please of purchasing a device from a seller that I believe is my equal. I won't dive into details but let's just say tha comminication is the key and you'll find no seller better (including myself) Than him. I would not hesitate to purchase another device at any time and hope to do business with again in the future.
