Transaction and activation of this phone couldn't have been better! Steven T. was 100% accurate with description in listing and phone was exactly what we wanted. It activated without a hitch. Moreover, phone was in better condition than I was, perhaps, expecting. Always best to undersell and overdeliver! Tiny scratches are barely noticeable and Steven T. retained original box, instructions, charger cable and charger, as well as including a case (all mentioned in listing). I'd buy from Steven T. 100 more times if I could. He was prompt in communicating as well as delivering phone. I work for an international company, in my spare time, that partners with Verizon and Sprint -- saving friends and family on wireless bills -- so Sawppa is THE site we recommend for our customers' phones.
