Brian is a wonderful seller. The phone arrived in a perfect condition, as it was said. More importantly, Brian called both Sprint and Ting to help me clear the phone from Sprint and make sure I can use the phone in Ting. Although I have not activated the phone (waiting for SIM card), Ting told me that the phone is ready to be activated. His effort is very appreciated. I would say Brian is not a typical seller, he did much more than regular sellers. I would recommend him to my friends for sure.
