The seller clearly said in his comments that the phone had been factory refurbed 4 months ago. I specifically asked him to Please send me, with the phone, Some piece of official paper, even an email from Motorola that this phone was refurbed 4 months ago and no longer. I spent an hour in chat with both Google and Motorola, Moto does not keep track of refurbs but the warranty for this phone ran out 3/14/2016, so even if it IS refurbed, the warranty on those is only 3 months that still makes the refurb date Dec of 15, not the April (4 months ago) the seller claimed. If it is NOT a refurb, this phone Isn't 4 months old it's A Year and a Half old. FAR from what the seller said. All I want is the seller to back up what he said in his listing.
