The iphone 5 s was still active on somebody else's account when I received it. The seller could not deactivate the phone from Sprint and also tried to hide the fact. Also the phone screen has clear scratches while being advertised in "MINT" condition. I gave one star to this seller, only because I could eventually receive a refund after long dispute. But I wasted lots of time and >$30 for shipping and other associated cost.
