Phone arrived as described. No box. No stick-pin to install the SIM card. Otherwise, perfect.

Incorrect IMEI, issue with S9+ not related to seller (updates solved).

The item was new and still in the box with all accessories (as described), connected with my carrier properly, and once shipped, arrived in a timely manner.

Phone wasn’t unlocked. Had to pay $75 to get it flashed so I can use it on my carrier.

I order this item. the seller claimed that the item was "Samsung Galaxy S9+ Brand New In Box Unlocked" and "Unopened retail packaging" and "Never opened or used" i opened the box and it was opened before and with a lot of ware to it. and that the box was beaten up. however, the phone does turn on and does active. Plus the IMEI number on the device IS NOT IMEI number of the device I got.
