Despite a delay in shipping a part of the product (the stylus) and the lack of a battery included in the stylus (was unknown that it would ship without a battery), my experience was very good. The product (Surface Pro 3) came exactly as described, though it took some troubleshooting to get the stylus working. Overall, the price was amazing, and I got what I expected.

Got the phone today, Andrew communicated with me immediately and he got the phone to me SUPER quick! Could't ask for more from any seller. VERY happy with this purchase. Thank you Andrew!
