Helpful at first, then unresponsive for over 3 days. It took the attention of a PayPal complaint in order to get a response. Worried I was going to get scammed, luckily the device came in. When the device did come in, there was a huge black sticker on the back that was so difficult to take off, it damaged the back of the phone.

The device has three spots where light bleeds through the LCD panel. It wasn't advertised. The phone also took 5 days to get here. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because the seller was polite and professional. He also shipped it out fast.

READ BEFORE BUYING!!! This seller lied to me about what was included with the item. He also promised 2 day shipping however it took 5 for him to even ship it. When the item arrived ( without a charger) it showed scratches despite being listed as mint. Avoid at all COST swappa is a great site full of other great sellers, just not this one!!

Not a man of your word..

Very disappointed & will NEVER do business with this seller again. Had to contact them for. Shipping confirmation as it was never communicated to me. Could not activate phone when received (was carrier locked by AT&T -found this out after physically driving to Verizon wireless after not being able to activate) had to contact AT&T online to get unlocked as I was told they could not do it in the store. EK Sellers denied any wrong doing on their part & was no help. Once AT&T unlocked the phone, I was then able to activate the phone. This phone was listed as a "Verizon" carrier phone.

Nice phone, just a few tiny flaws that matter not.There should be an additional condition class, like " Almost Mint". Didn't expect a like new battery, and with such a fair price I can have one put it, Thanks!

Sale posting and the resulting phone I received were spot-on and in total working order. I'm so glad to have used Swappa and found this seller for my iPhone upgrade.

The phone was listed as "Mint". It had a few dings around the edges on the Aluminum but overall was in "good" condition. It was also one of the lower prices for a 5S at the time so I won't complain too much other than that everything was functional and worked well
