Good Job

The sale ended up working out well, I am happy with the phone I purchased. I did mention to the seller once I got the phone that serial number provided in the sale was incorrect, I believe an honest mistake on her part using a box from a similar phone. So the warranty was less by several months, also the phone was a replacement model. I was happy with the main elements of the phone which were as advertised, so I am fine with this. Shipping was delayed one business day but again I believe an honest mistake of not knowing the Swappa policy. She went out of her way to get it sent when I mentioned it. The phone was sent in a bubble mailer in an Apple phone box and survived fine, but I was worried opening it that it wasn’t packed or insured to the extent necessary for the value of the item. I don’t think anything was intentional, but because of Swappa’s reputation I am mentioning it for the benefit of others. I did share it with the seller and I hope it helps with her next sale.
