I actually received the Chromebook faster than I had expected. It arrived exactly as stated in mint condition. If the box had not been previously opened I may have thought that it was a new computer. Even the battery was charged when it arrived which allowed me to start using it right out of the box. My first experience with Swappa has been very positive and I plan on using it in the future.
