Item was as described. Happy with purchase. Seller did ship within expected Swappa timeframe, but initially indicated he'd mail Saturday, but didn't mail until Monday. While package arrived safely thanks to original packaging, it was sent in a cardboard Priority Mail envelope without any bubble wrap/additional protection, nor was it marked "Fragile." For a purchase of this kind, I would have hoped for a bit more caution with the mailing. I'm providing this feedback in hopes that seller will consider it while making any future sales here.

Due to improper shipping label, I collected phone in USPS after 3 days.
Seller shipped a locked phone instead of unlocked phone without checking it.
I worked on phone for 3 days and couldn't able to unlock it and I returned back by paying $27 FedEx charges.
Seller was in touch and he promptly refunded.
