I received the refund thanks.....But since it was so difficult for me to get you to refund the money and wanting me to except less then what I paid...also the obvious IMEIs not being checked against each other (software and actual IMEI sticker)
And you being able to root and install any software which takes quite a bit of knowledge and know how.....Also your texts (which I still have by the way) prove you are experienced with phone software you made that very clear to me my skills cant even compare to yours.
You (and swappa) cost me a lot of money around 111$ which I work very hard for.
All this leads me to believe you knew the phone was under contract or you probably hacked the S/W yourself either way it dont matter what you attempted to do is/was illegal and you had full knowledge of that...that I have no doubt of because of "change logs" found in the root of phone.
this will be reported to the proper people.
