The phone itself had a few problems, but Edmon was great! He did not hesitate to fix the issue and was definitely on top of everything! I still gave him 5 stars just because of the great customer service

I was surprised that it did not include the standard earbuds. I note that it is not in the sale picture, but i don't believe that a device missing a basic component should be categorized as mint condition, never used. Otherwise the sales was fine - got it quickly and the device itself is in fact in great condition.
