This seller is ridiculous; he was at the USPS office 10 FREAKING MINUTES AFTER I BOUGHT MY PHONE! Then when I got it, there was an additional case and he shipped it 2-day priority so I hardly even had to wait. Without a doubt, I would love to buy from this seller again in the future. 10 out of 5 stars :)

UPDATE: The HTC One that I bought had the purple camera bug, despite the seller telling me otherwise. I brought the issue up to him and he immediately apologized as he had no idea and he issued me a partial refund before I even confirmed that I needed it as he assumed full responsibility for the situation. I like supporting genuinely good people, so it goes without saying that I will go out of my way to look at Bob's active listings next time I'm in the market for a phone. 10 out of 5 stars restored :)
