The earpiece speaker of the phone appears to be damaged. When I made a test call, I couldn't hear the person at the other end because of noise and distortion. I returned the phone and got a full refund.

Wait time was a bit disappointing and the delivery driver ended up messing up the order

The seller said the phone was in "good" condition, but that's clearly not the case. It's a phone in very poor condition (it has very deep scratches on the screen). The seller took deliberately distorted photos to show something that wasn't there. The phone doesn't even have the screws holding the case together.

The device, supposedly in good condition, arrived with a large crack in the rear glass, and the camera on the device is defective and completely unusable. When you open the camera app it makes an obnoxious buzzing noise while the cloudy image shakes and vibrates violently. This is probably due to the vast amount of dust that can be seen trapped under the lenses. Also in an unrelated issue, this iPhone has an error finding and downloading the latest software update, and being connected to a computer with iTunes is the only possible way to get any updates.
