The iPhone was in great condition, but apparently it was bought outside the US in a country that doesn't allow the camera shutter sound to be turned off. That's a main issue which I wish I had known before purchasing it. Otherwise, the iPhone was exactly as it was stated in the post.

Bought an iPad (that came with a charger) but it would not charge. I did not want to waste even more money by buying a new charger if the actual iPad was the problem, so I just returned it. After returning it, he informed me that the cable was defective. If he'd properly tested both the iPad and the cable before selling and shipping, this could have been avoided. Not a huge deal, but it was still disappointing.

Seller did not wipe the device and did not get back to me when I contacted him. I had to spend 2 days at the apple store explaining what happened and they finally made and exception and wiped the device clean. I dont recommend this seller.

I did receive this phone but I had to return it because it was not as described. The phone was a Sprint prepaid phone and was not compatible with my Sprint service plan. I am still giving the seller 4 stars because the return process went smoothly and quickly and I was refunded in a timely manner.

Overall it's exactly what was described and I think it was a fair price.

Received phone and it is as described. Great condition, clear ESN and fast shipping. The Only thing that I would point out is that the phone had not been reset so we had access to the previous owners info. we performed a reset immediately anyway, but i thought it was odd.

Verizon activated and added the phone to our account without issue.

phone was not as advertised - it was not a Verizon phone. It was an ATT device with a TMobile SIM in it. The phone was in good shape though and after some hassle and a few trips to Verizon was finally able to get the device working.

I purchased this phone for my husband, and the post indicated this phone was black. The phone I received is white. We put it in a black Otterbox, so my husband is okay with it, but thought you should know about the error. The phone works fine and my husband indicates he is very pleased with it otherwise.
