We had an issue with the device not booting up. We believe it was idle too long. Regardless, Winston was very responsive to us, and expeditiously provided a complete refund. We would definitely do business with him again.

The phone is in great condition, even better than listed. My only complaint is the phone took a while to get here!

Pro's of device received:
- Screen in perfect condition
- Glass screen protector installed
- Super fast shipping and well packed
- Physical condition was exactly as described

Con's with the device:
- Phone will not turn on and start unless plugged in to a charger. If I try to turn the phone on or restart it without being plugged into a charger the device perpetually starts to the black "Galaxy Note 4" screen and crashes and repeats until the phone dies or until its plugged in.
- While it's to be expected with a used phone, The battery life is quite short.
- Seller did not factory reset device before shipment
- Phone crashes constantly and since it wont turn on without being plugged in this is a huge problem

Needs to include a picture with the screen off (to show any possible scratches, though none on this phone) and with the screen on a white image, such as "settings" (to show any ghosting or burn-in).
