The seller sent the package the day after I purchased the phone (I purchased on Sunday - post office wasn't open).

The phone arrived in perfect condition with multiple layers of packing to protect it. I felt like I was opening a Russian nesting doll, except it had packing tape on each doll! :)

I don't know how, but the seller managed to get everything back into the original packaging; so, I had the experience I would have had if I bought new. I appreciate the effort involved.
