The phone arrived promptly and as described. However, the package did not include 2 of the accessories (charger and SD card). I tried to contact seller a few times for clarification but never heard back. Eventually I got a refund for the missing accessories, but only after disputing the charge with Paypal. Ultimately it all worked out and the seller did make restitution, but it was more frustrating than I like my transactions.
