The delivery company (USPS) selected for the value of the product (550 USD) being shipped provides poor quality service. There is no proof of delivery. I don't recommend this seller. I opened chargeback inquiry and 3 month later I successfully get my money back.

Ran into some trouble activating the device, But Collin did everything he could to help me out, even joined in a 3-way call to figure it out. Couldnt get the phone working, but Collin refunded the full purchase price and even covered return shipping! Excellent salesmanship, 10/10 would buy again
