There were some issues with the sale that were eventually sorted out.

Seller did not stand behind his I-phone 8. He rated the phone good, but TWICE in his written comments mentioned the I-phone was in "Mint" condition. Because he mentioned it was in mint condition and always stored in the life lock case we bought it. When we received the iPhone it had multiple scratches on the screen and on the back of the phone. We were not satisfied with the condition of the iPhone and wanted to return it and he refused to take it back. Unfortunately for us, Swappa did not intervene on our behalf and require him to take the iPhone back and return our $410. Buyers beware!

Phone shipped on time very nice and polite person to communicate with.... The screen works perfectly phone works perfectly.... But seller neglected to inform me OtterBox little discoloration and five little scratches on back of phone which can be covered by case other than that ...... I would definitely would buy again from seller....
