The device was sent quickly and hardware matched what was advertise. The pictures were done in a way where the screen looked nearly flawless but in fact the device had a screen protector with more than 30 bubbles all over the place. I was able to have the screen protector removed and replaced but wonder how the pictures on the listing looked better than the device.

Two months later, it was blocked as stolen/lost by the insurance company. They report it lost to the insurance company who gives them 60 days to find and return it to them. After that the insurance company blocks it. The seller gets a free/reduced price replacement, and you get a phone you can't use as a phone. Do not purchase from this seller. It is a scam.

May 2014 UPDATE: Revising my review as the phone turned out to have a functional flaw (not as advertised), and although seller agreed to refund it, stopped communicating before we could complete the return and has been unresponsive since.

The phone was even *better* than Dario described. Very well-packaged for shipping, too, and it arrived in only two days. Great service and wonderful product. Thanks!
