Seller was very nice and helpful when the watch needed to be cleared of its activation lock. The reason I give this rating is that the seller under-delivered with regard to a few aspects of this sale. The listing promised expedited shipping, and after I purchased the device, I was told that day that it would be shipped the next day. The device didn't go out till 3 business days (5 total days) after purchase, and the shipping was not expedited. Total time between my purchase and the watch's arrival was 8 or 9 days. Also, the listing stated "mint" condition - this watch is not in mint condition. There are a number of very visible scratches on the band. I'm willing to keep it since I like it, but please make sure to be more honest on this in the future, as with shipping promises. Scratches shown here -> http://imgur.com/a/yhtHz. Just a little mix up at the beginning of sale with the actual year of computer but other than that everything was perfect.
