Shipping was fast and product was safely packaged. Minus half a star because the condition was stated as "Mint" but seller didn't bother to clean the phone up prior to shipping out (dirty lint in receiver/front microphone). Phone was in near mint condition after some cleaning so no harm done. Also, photos show phone as-is, so I can only blame myself for not paying more attention to the photos. All in all, good service. I would buy again from Billz.
