I received an iCloud locked device. I was told she was unable to unlock it after a couple weeks of trying. Then when I returned it, she claimed to receive an empty package. I'm so frustrated. By the time all of this was done it was too late to escalate the dispute through PayPal and I was out $170.

shipping was not prompt. and it took over a week after I paid immediately as I was told it would ship immediately.
