USB cable doesn't work properly unless its positioned perfectly. Also, really poor packaging. Shipped in a plastic mailer (no cushioning) with everything just tossed in there. Very surprised the phone had no cracks on the front or back glass, but the phone probably incurred some additional wear due to everything being loose inside the envelope. Need to put more effort into securely packaging and making sure everything listed is in working order.
